Obverse: within the circular geometric ornament – the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; beneath – year of issue, silver coin – alloy standard; inscriptions along the rim – at the top: „РЭСПУБЛIКА–БЕЛАРУСЬ” (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom: „ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ” (TWENTY ROUBLES) on the silver coin.
Reverse: in the center – the relief effigy of the Church of the Radziwills’ Castle in Neswizh; at the top – inscriptions „ПОМНIКI АРХIТЭКТУРЫ БЕЛАРУСI” (BELARUSIAN ARCHITECTURAL MONUMENTS) and „ХVI–XVII”; at the bottom – „ЗАМАК РАДЗІВІЛАЎ” (RADZIWILLS’ CASTLE) and „НЯСВІЖ” (NESWIZH).
